I have been ranked in the top percentage of my office in sales production over the past several years. Member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. 11th Realtor in the State of Tennessee to Acquire the Master GRI Designation.  I am a member of the Realtors Land Institute and hold the Realtor Green Designation Member of the South Carolina/North Carolina & Georgia State RLI Chapters.  My office is at the Auction and Land Division in Murfreesboro. However, I live in Bedford County and list and sell real estate across Middle Tennessee. I moved to Middle Tennessee from my home state of South Carolina and graduated from Shelbyville Central High School in 1972 I attended the University of Tennessee and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S Degree in Agriculture and a Masters Degree in Vocational-Technical Education. I continue to take continuing education classes and add to my designations to better serve the sellers and buyers with which I work. All agents are trained to sell houses. However, not all have a true understanding of farm and land sales. I am licensed in the State of Georgia and belong to the Georgia and Savannah Association of Realtors.  My Georgia firm license is in the name of Kay Riddle Petty Real Estate.  I have been married to Dan A.
